My treatment plan is based on the needs of my clients and is developed collaboratively with the client. I have been trained and certified in motivational interviewing, trauma focused - cognitive behavioral therapy, and play therapy. I also provide my clients with coping skills through mindfulness therapy and non-violent communication techniques.
